Mum life often means that feelings, stress and life experiences aren't given the space they deserve.  The somatic breathwork session, run by Sarah Babiker, will have you releasing the emotions that are stuck so that you can experience true inner peace and clarity - what mum doesn't want that?!

Jade will facilitate a gentle, but powerful, somatic movement session through an ancient science called Kriya Yoga, which will release harmful thoughts or stubborn emotions that may be manifesting through your daily life.
