Somatic Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful healing modality, designed to strengthen the connection between your body and mind, and to release stuck emotions, trauma and negative experiences. In doing so, you create space for clarity, peace, and the real you behind the stuckness.
My experience with Sarah and my first breathwork session was an instant relief. Not only did she exude warmth and positivity but she instantly made me feel at ease to trust in her and let go of some deep set pain.
