Q: How much time will this take each week?
A: You can expect to spend around 45 minutes to 2 hours per week — including watching the module, attending your coaching call if you have one that week, and engaging in the practices. But remember: this is your experience. Some weeks you’ll dive deep. Others, you’ll just soak in what you can. That’s okay.
Q: What if I’m travelling or busy?
A: This programme is intentionally designed to be flexible. You’ll have lifetime access to all the materials, and your 1:1 sessions can be scheduled around your availability. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to be open.
Q: I’ve done other motherhood or self-development programmes before. How is this different?
A: More Than a Mother doesn’t give you surface-level tips. It’s a deep, guided transformation — grounded in motherhood studies, positive psychology, somatic breathwork, and sacred community.
Q: Is this a parenting programme?
A: Nope — although your parenting might shift as a result. This programme is for you as a woman, first and foremost. We’re not here to make you a “better” mum. We’re here to reconnect you to you.
Q: Do I have to join the community or attend the group calls?
A: You’ll get the most from the programme if you show up, but nothing is mandatory. If you prefer to go at your own pace, you’re still deeply welcome here.
