About Me
I'm Sarah Babiker. Positive psychology coach, somatic breathwork practitioner, mother circle guide, and a mum myself.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood. To pour everything into everyone else and wonder where you went.
I also know what it feels like to come back.

My background spans clinical psychology, positive psychology coaching, somatic breathwork, motherhood studies, children's yoga, and drama for wellbeing. But more than any qualification, I bring lived experience. I know this journey from the inside.
