What Is Somatic Breathwork?
Most of us have been taught to live entirely in our heads. We think about our problems. We talk about our feelings. We analyse, rationalise, and try to think our way through the hard things.
But so much of what we carry doesn't live in our thoughts. It lives in our bodies. In our shoulders that never fully drop. In the chest that feels permanently tight. In the belly that clenches before we even know we're anxious. In the jaw we hold rigid just to get through the day.
Somatic breathwork works directly with the body, using conscious, guided breathing to access and release what's stored there. The tension. The grief. The fear. The things that talking doesn't always reach.
It's not complicated. It doesn't require any experience or special ability.
You just need to breathe. I'll guide you through the rest.

What Happens in A Session
We meet on Zoom or in-person if you're in Dubai. You find somewhere comfortable to lie down — your bedroom, your sofa, wherever feels safe, or in the Dubai-based venue.
I guide you through a specific breathing pattern. Slowly, gently, at your pace.

As the session unfolds, your body begins to do what it's been needing to do — release. That might look like tears. It might look like warmth or tingling moving through your body. It might look like a wave of emotion you didn't even know was there. It might look like deep, profound calm.
All of it is normal. All of it is healing.
We close the session gently, with time to integrate and reflect. You won't be left feeling raw or ungrounded. You'll feel held and lighter.
