So even though you know you want to be yourself, you want a life that's fulfilling, you want healthier patterns - you feel intense guilt and confusion when it comes time to take action.

So what do you do? Because it's so ingrained in you to neglect your true self for the benefit of other people, you default to what you've always done, pushing who you really are deeper and deeper within.

And I don't blame you! In a world where women are already judged and analysed, it can be incredibly difficult to get uncomfortable enough to go against the grain and unapologetically be yourself.

I'm Sarah Babiker
Hi! I'm Sarah, and I founded the True Self Programme for Women. I know how it feels to be disconnected from yourself - I spent my whole life trying to fit into other people's ideas of the 'right' way to live. My parenting, relationships, business, and health all struggled and I found myself in a scarily dark situation.

Even with all of the knowledge and training that I had, I learned the hard way that none of that is relevant unless I'm living life in alignment with who I really am.
​
So I spent the next couple of years experiencing various healing modalities in an effort to get to the root of my imbalance until I eventually shed enough layers to meet myself properly for the first time since my early childhood!
​
That's when the idea for True Self dropped into my conscious mind. Using my experience and expertise, I have created this programme to teach women how to journey to their authentic selves and never look back!

Uncover your life philosophies and determine which have come from other people, which are soul-driven, and which you are going to hold onto for an aligned life.

Self-Care Strategy
Filter out activities that are classed as false self-care, and learn the real and solid pillars of taking care of yourself. Develop a strategy for meeting all of your needs that is flexible, sustainable and authentic to you and your growth.

Get to Know Your Real Self
Explore yourself physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Discover what elevates you and what drains you. Get in touch with your desires and reconnect with your vitality.

Your Unfiltered Self
Visualise your best life without the external pressure of what you 'should' be doing and create one or more life roadmaps. Get in touch with the version of you in that visualisation and learn how to embody that version on a daily basis.

World Contribution through Fierce Authenticity
Define & connect with your purpose & gift, and step into your soul duty to share it with the world. Overcome the limiting beliefs stopping you from showing up unapologetically. Shift completely from a fixed to a growth mindset, grit & resilience. Practise living with presence and intention so you can fully step into your power.
